            What data we collect:  We collect basic identification data (name, address, phone and build objectives) from your inquiry form, so we may determine what information to send you.  These inquiry forms generally come to us from your entries on our website, and occasionally in emails or phone calls.

 

            What do we do with the data?:  We send you the requested data (catalog, answer questions, provide information) and we obtain formal steel package quotes from our supplier, Tri-Steel Homes.  We then forward the quote data to you, as appropriate, in support of your stated build objectives, and dates.

 

            How do we send the data?:  We use phones, email, US Postal Service and package services, such as UPS, Fedex  to send and receive data and blueprints.  Only your name and stated build site are used to properly identify the blueprints or quote sheets.

 

            How are funds for the steel packages handled? :  When you are due to make your down payment and final payment for the steel package, we will provide you wire instructions.  We know that wiring from bank to bank is secure, fast and well-documented.

We do not use our employees or others to courier funds.

 

            How do we protect your client data that we have?  We have all client inquiry sheets, email, correspondence,  quote sheets and blueprints secure in our Clovis office.  This office is located apart from our home, so no house guest will ever have any access to this data.  This Tri-Steel framed office is kept locked when we are not working in the office.  On site visits to your site, we will generally have some or all of your file with us, for discussions with you.  These papers are returned to our secure Clovis office following such a meeting.  We do not store your data on our lap-top computer, except for current email transactions or use of client data for a site visit, as above.      

 

            Do we sell or give your data to anyone else? :  We do not sell our client data to anyone.  We do not give your data to anyone, other than selected elements, as stated above, to our supplier.   Such data are used to identify blueprints and quotes for your use only.

 

            How do I know this is legitimate?:  We have been an authorized, independent distributor for Tri-Steel Homes (formerly Tri-Steel Structures, Inc.) since 1989.  We are a duly licensed General Contractor in California, license #814349.  Further, we are a member in good standing with the San Joaquin Better Business Bureau.
